This is China. Check out this photo of excavating dirt for an infill of land towards the "new city" of skyscrapers in the background. Rather than relocate the telephone poles that are in the area they want to excavate, the Chinese just dig around them and leave these little telephone pole "mountains" in place. Good grief!
