JP started smiling about last Thursday, though randomly (aside from the grins at his Baptism, that is). On Saturday I was pumping milk with him lying between my legs, and he started smiling and LAUGHING out loud - staring at some point above him on the right. I guess the angels were making silly faces. :-) (Yes, I do think that babies can see angels! :-)
Anyway, a few more smiles here and there, but today I finally caught it on "film." AND he was actually looking AT me when he did it - responding to my silly faces and voices. He will be 6 weeks on Thursday, i.e. in two more days.
So fun, bud!!!
